how to enjoy

7eaminds concentrated herbal tea prepared with hot water and as an iced herbal latte beside the long slim retail box

7eaminds · preparation ritual

One concentrated cup. Three ways to make it yours.

Our soluble tea crystals are designed for a clear contemporary ritual: portion, dissolve and adjust the liquid to the moment—hot, cold or with milk.

From long steep to direct preparation

The ritual changes. Attention remains.

Chinese tea culture has never been only about equipment. It is also an act of attention: to aroma, water, season, company and one’s own response.

7eaminds translates that attentiveness into a concentrated instant format. There is no tea bag to discard and no long infusion to time. The cup becomes simpler to prepare, while the formula, ingredients and serving context remain visible.

Hot · cold · herbal latte

Choose the liquid. Keep the cup considered.

Follow the serving guidance on the product. Use the suggested portion first, then change water or milk volume to suit your preferred intensity.

01 · Warm

Hot water

The most direct expression of aroma and botanical character.

  1. Open one measured portion.
  2. Add the product’s suggested volume of hot water.
  3. Stir until evenly dispersed; taste before adjusting.
02 · Clear

Cold water

A brighter, lighter cup for travel, work and warmer days.

  1. Dissolve the portion in a small splash of water.
  2. Top with cold water and stir.
  3. Add ice only after the crystals have dispersed.
03 · Rounded

Herbal latte

Milk or oat milk softens edges and creates a more rounded ritual.

  1. Dissolve the measured portion first.
  2. Add warm or cold milk or oat milk.
  3. Adjust liquid volume rather than adding extra product.

The cup is personal

Botanicals meet each person differently.

Begin with the formula

Read the ingredient list, serving guidance and suitability information before changing the preparation.

Notice before adding

Observe aroma, sweetness, bitterness, texture and how the cup sits within your daily routine.

Adjust the liquid

A little more water or milk changes intensity without turning preparation into guesswork.

For hospitality and shared spaces

A repeatable service, without losing the story.

Individually portioned crystals make the preparation easy to teach across hotels, meeting rooms, lounges, events and thoughtful workplace rituals.

01 · Portion

Clear specification

One measured serving keeps the starting point consistent.

02 · Prepare

Flexible liquid

Offer hot, cold or milk-based service according to setting and formula.

03 · Explain

Visible context

Share the ingredients, sensory profile and cultural background in concise language.

Practical notes

Keep preparation simple.

How much liquid should I use?

Start with the serving guidance on the individual product. If you prefer a lighter or rounder cup, change the amount of water or milk before changing the product portion.

Can every formula be prepared with milk?

Not every flavour profile behaves the same way. Check the product page for the recommended preparation; tea-led, roasted and warming profiles often read differently from floral or very bright formulas.

Can I mix two formulas?

Begin with each formula on its own. If you want to explore botanical relationships, use the Herbal Matrix as an educational reference and review all ingredients and cautions before combining products.

Where can I learn about the ingredients?

Use the Herbal Library for botanical identity and cultural context, and the Herbal Matrix for pairing logic. These are educational resources and do not replace medical advice.

7eaminds products are foods and beverages, not medicines. Preparation information is general product guidance and should be read together with the label and full ingredient list.
