- How do I log in with my AppleID, google and facebook account?
You can log in with your Apple ID, Google and Facebook accounts through 7eaminds mobile website or desktop.
Customers may only create one account per email or phone number. The same email or phone number cannot be used to create additional accounts.
Please note, if you have more than one account, we are unable to merge or combine accounts for any reason. This protects our customers from bad actors who may be attempting to compromise our customer’s safety and privacy.
Our highest priority is keeping your information safe as you shop with us. Behind the scenes, our security team works hard to protect customers.
Delete your account will have permanent effect. Once you delete your account, you won’t be able to process refunds and returns, access past orders, and use available Rewards Credit. Deleted accounts cannot be reactivated or merged with other live accounts.
The easiest way to delete your 7eaminds account is through the website. Once you complete the form, please allow 48 hours for a response.
7eaminds’ website automatically recognizes your location. Changing your country settings may negatively impact your stock availability and currency settings.

Given that we were founded in 2024 as a startup company that values passion and commitment, we will continue to build a logistics and warehousing system that spans continents. Currently, most of raw materials are procured in Asia by seasonal selection, product formulas come from Australia, produced in China, and stored in Hong Kong and US. Relevant product orders will be dispatched worldwide through our Hong Kong and Shanghai freight company. Under normal circumstances, orders can be processed within approximately 7-10 working days if inventory is available; otherwise, they will be shipped directly through the production supply chain, which generally takes between 20 to 25 working days, that is why 7eaminds’ products are stick to MADE TO ORDER mode.
At the same time, with the support and affection of our customers, we will actively establish warehouses around the world and invite more distributors to join us.”
Please note: It may take 7-10 business days for some international carriers to provide or update the tracking status of your order. Some international carriers may also wait until orders have cleared customs to update the tracking status. This would result in your order status being marked as shipped for several days. Rest assured, your order will be delivered within the estimated time frame.
If we have inventory available in your country, some local carriers may also mark an order as ‘Delivered’ up to 24 hours before the delivery. If you see this status for your order but haven’t received your package, we kindly ask that you wait at least 24 hours for order delivery before contacting us or the carrier.
We recommend contacting your carrier first for the most recent order status or if your order’s delivery has exceeded the estimated delivery time frame.
You can canel or modify the order before it reacheds ‘Shipped’ status.
Orders may be delayed due to the following reasons:.
- Order is waiting for payment. Go to your ORDER page to see if you need to update or verify your payment information.
- Multiple orders were placed in a short period of time.
- 7eaminds is experiencing higher order volumes.
- Items for your order need to be picked from our factory directly.
Rest assured that we’re working hard to deliver your order right away once the inventory is confirmed. Otherwise we’ll let you know as soon as your order has shipped. Thank you for your patience.
If your order’s tracking status states ‘Order returned’, ‘Delivery Attempt’, or ‘Failed Delivery’, then this means the order is being returned to the carrier storage facility for temporary storage, another delivery attempt, or for customer pick-up. Some carriers will attempt up to 3 deliveries.
Please be advised, additional fees may be charged by the carrier to arrange additional delivery attempts.

Unfortunately, items may become unavailable after orders are placed. This may prevent an order from being fulfilled and shipped.
If an item becomes out-of-stock, it will typically be removed from your order and the rest of the items will be shipped. However, if there are no other items in your order, your order will be canceled.
Meanwhile, we take pride in protecting your privacy. If we notice any suspicious activity on an 7eaminds account, we’ll deactivate the account, cancel all pending order payments, initiate a refund, and investigate the issue.
Please note: you will need to update the payment within 48 hours if the payment was not processed successfully. Failure to do so will also result in your order being canceled.
Order status information normally includes:

If your tracking status states ‘Order returned’ then this usually means the order is being returned to the carrier warehouse for temporary storage, another future delivery attempt, or for customer pick-up. Please contact the carrier to find out more or arrange another delivery attempt.
Please note: Not all international carriers may return orders to 7eaminds. In most cases, unclaimed or refused orders are held in the carrier’s warehouse until they are destroyed. Destroyed orders are not eligible for a refund.
You can print an invoice for an order as soon as your order has shipped. If available, we recommend updating your account information, and placing the order with the appropriate information. The currency displayed on your invoice is the currency selected when the order was placed.

Certain countries may have exclusive payment methods such as Konbini, Boleto, AliPay, etc. However, most major payment methods are supported for every country. We specially provide Stripe for aggregate payments and afterpay service for your convenience.
You may only change the billing address information for a saved payment method. To update the expiration date or name on the card, simply delete the saved credit card and proceed to place a new order using the new card. If you check the box, ‘Save credit card for future purchases,‘ the new card will be saved for future purchases once you place the order.
For third party payment providers (Apple Pay, PayPal, Stripes, etc.) we do not store any payment information. Please check with the third party payment provider to save, edit or remove this payment information.
The currency you’re charged in depends on the currency selected while shopping with us. Make sure the correct currency is selected before placing your order.
For desktop or laptop devices, you can check or change your order currency by selecting the Country/Language/Currency located at the top right corner of the home page.
If you do not verify your order within 48 hours by providing us with your authorization amount and currency or authorization code, your order will be canceled. If this occurs, we will void the pending transaction, and the funds should return to the financial account associated with the order payment in 7-10 days. If you used certain 3rd party payment providers, you will be refunded in Rewards Credit (store credit).
Please ensure you are signed in to your account before placing an order with us. Sometimes it may appear as if you’re logged in but this may be a cookie setting. By signing in, you can ensure that promotional exclusions, rules, and other offers are applied correctly to your order once you check out.
If you decide to change the shipping method or if the desired carrier cannot transport items in your order, the shipping cost of the new carrier will be added to the order total. Also, if any item is removed from your cart during checkout and the new order value no longer meets the free shipping requirements, you will see an added shipping cost.
Yes, we recommend accepting your refund in store credit which is typically available to use within 24 hours. Refunds to the original payment method are subject to your bank’s local processing times.
Rest assured, you will not be charged for canceled orders. You may see a pending transaction that is voided upon order cancellation. 7eaminds never receives payment until orders have been shipped.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in the financial account associated with your payment method. You may see the voided transaction on your bank statement.
Even if your credit card is expired, the funds will still be successfully credited to your bank account. If you haven’t seen the refund yet or the account is no longer open, please contact your financial institution. 7eaminds is unable to process a refund to a different card or account from the original payment method for any reason.
Refunds for any items or orders may be less than expected due to discounts and promotions received when placing the order. The refunded amount reflects what was actually charged after all discounts were applied.
If I received my order after being refund, we are delighted to inform you this order will be free on 7eaminds. Please feel free to keep the package as a gift from 7eaminds for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

In accordance with our made-to-order policy, once you have completed the payment, we will immediately confirm your order and commence production. While enjoying personalized service, you will also receive a 5% pre-purchase discount and the convenience of canceling the order without reason within 24 hours.
However, please note that if you choose to cancel the order after the 24-hour period, our refund policy is as follows: If you cancel within 3 days after the order is confirmed, we will deduct 5% of the total order amount as a handling fee; if you cancel within 7 days, the handling fee will be 10% of the total order amount; after 7 days, we will not be able to accept the cancellation of the order.

For free shipping, your order’s subtotal must meet the order value requirement. The minimum order value requirement may differ depending on the delivery destination.
Free shipping may not be eligible due to certain restrictions. All shipping methods have restrictions on order weight, order price, item type, and delivery address. Below are three examples where free shipping is not available:
- The free shipping option cannot be used for customers with a PO Box or APO delivery address.
- The free shipping option cannot be used if customers exceed the carrier weight and order value limits.
- The free shipping carrier may have item restrictions such as no liquids, food products, etc.
With ‘Prepaid Duties & Taxes’ shipping options, all the import taxes and local GST will be included when you place your order. Your package will be processed through customs quicker and you will not need to pay handling fees to the carrier at a later time.

7eaminds is constantly improving our delivery experience. Our carriers are selected based on quality, speed, and pricing. We also have an entire process on maintaining our average delivery times.
As of July 2024, the majority of our orders going to Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Singapore are processed from our Hong Kong and Shanghai warehouses. All products at these two warehouses are supplied directly from our factory.

Most products use the American Date Format (MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY) for expiration date which you can view from the product page. Some products may only show the manufacturing date that is indicated often by abbreviations (MFD, MFG, PROD). You can view the expiration date on the product page, next to the picture, in the product details with the shipping weight and product code.
